WFLA-TV Florida Strawberry Festival Chevrolet Pick-up Sweepstakes Official Contest Rules:

Anyone eighteen (18) years or older may enter for a chance to win a free lease of a 2001 Chevy Pick-up for one full year. To enter the sweepstake, simply fill out your concert entry form and mail it to the Florida Strawberry Festival (PO Drawer 1869, Plant City, FL 33564-1869). Official entry forms may be picked up from Bill Heard Chevrolet, on line at TBO.com, or directly from the Florida Strawberry Festival (2202 West Reynolds St. Plant City, FL 33567). You may enter as many times as you like, but each entry must be on an official entry form, personally completed. No photocopied or other reproductions of entry forms and or entries will be accepted. Any misrepresentation as to contestant's eligibility or acts, other than multiple personally completed entries on official entry forms, designed or intended to enhance a contestants' chances of winning may result in a contestants disqualification. Contestant disqualification for any such actions shall be at the discretion of WFLA-TV, Florida Strawberry Festival and Bill Heard Chevrolet.

During the Florida Strawberry Festival, on March 8th, 2001, entries will be placed in a container and a potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all entries. No purchase or other consideration is necessary to enter or win the prize. Employees, agents, or family members of WFLA-TV, Florida Strawberry Festival, and Bill Heard Chevrolet are not eligible to enter to win this contest. WFLA-TV, Florida Strawberry Festival, or Bill Heard Chevrolet are not responsible for undelivered mail. All taxes and other expenses are the responsibility of the winner. Contest is void where prohibited, required to be registered or licensed by law. The odds of winning the contest will depend upon the number of entries received. The prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, no substitution of prizes of winners is permitted. The person selected as the potential winner of the contest will be called during normal business hours at the telephone number listed on his or her entry and informed of their having been selected as the potential winner. In order to receive his or her prize the potential winner must be at the Strawberry Festival at a pre-determined time and date.
